How we recommend drinking the genmaicha powder
3-5 genmaicha powder ⋅ 80-90°C ⋅ 70-80ml hot water ⋅ 150-200ml of milk
Our genmaicha powder can be used for both drinking and food recipes. For a genmaicha latte you can use 3-5 grams of Genmaicha powder. Mix it with 70-80 ml of hot almost boiling water and whisk it (preferable with a matcha bamboo whisk) for about 2 minutes or until properly dissolved. Once dissolved add the mixture into a glass filled with 150-200 ml milk (either hot or cold). Mix and enjoy.

How does the genmaicha powder taste?
It has a pleasant nutty and buttery-like aroma. The tea is fragrant thanks in part to the addition of roasted rice. In our opinion when paired with milk for a genmaicha latte, the taste closely resembles the taste of puffed rice (rich and roasty).
