How we recommend drinking this matcha
2g or 3g matcha ⋅ 80°C ⋅ 30ml ⋅ and whisk
Compared to other varieties of matcha, this ceremonial grade has been cultivated from the first harvest of leaves, giving it a naturally sweeter and lighter taste, almost like green peas sweet, yet not to sweet. We recommend enjoying it the traditional way as “usucha” — simply whisked with hot water — to fully appreciate its delicate character.

What is our ceremonial grade spring harvest matcha?
Our matcha is ceremonial grade and it is a spring blend, meaning that it is made from the leaves of the first flush. It’s a blended cultivar, created from several green tea plant varieties. Each cultivar brings its own unique character — some add sweetness, others bring umami or a gentle bitterness. By blending them, we achieve a smooth, balanced matcha that stays consistent in flavour and colour, cup after cup.
Whom is it ideal for?
It’s ideal for daily drinkers, latte or usucha lovers, and anyone who enjoys a well-rounded, non bitter cup of matcha — whether hot, iced, or mixed with fruit bases.
Flavour profile
Our Everyday Matcha Blend is a light, smooth matcha with a crisp umami start and a clean, astringent finish, featuring subtle notes of green peas and hazelnut, complemented by a hint of milky primrose.
