- 4. Add milk · Gently pour in 100 ml of cold oat milk on top of the peach blend.

Let’s Make It:
Prepare the following:
2–3 grams ceremonial grade matcha (we recommend 3 grams – matcha isn’t espresso, and you deserve better than the 1-gram lie)
50 ml hot water (around 80°C – not boiling!)
100 ml cold oat milk
80 grams canned peaches (fresh works too, but you’ll miss the sweet syrupy goodness)
5–10 grams sugar syrup (depending on how sweet you like it – or skip it if your peaches came from a magical tin)
Optional: ice cubes if you want it extra chill
Steps to follow
Start with the matcha. Whisk 2–3 grams of ceremonial matcha with 50 ml of hot (not boiling) water. Don’t half do it – whisk vigorously for 90–120 seconds, let it rest, then re-whisk for another 60 seconds just before you use it. This is craft.
Now grab your canned peaches – around 80 grams should do the trick. Toss them into a blender along with 5 grams of sugar syrup. (You can use more if you’ve got a sweet tooth or if your peaches aren’t bringing the sweetness.) Blend until smooth and creamy. This is your peach base.
What’s next?
Time to build. Grab your glass and pour in the peach mixture first. This sets the fruity stage. Next, pour in 100 ml of oat milk slowly so it layers on top. If you’re feeling fancy, add ice before the milk.
Now it’s show time – re-whisk that matcha you set aside earlier for about 60 seconds to make it creamy and nice, and gently pour it over the milk. Watch it float down like a green cloud. Take a moment to admire your masterpiece before giving it a swirl (or don’t – layered drinks are great too).
Enjoy!
